We work with international suppliers to offer quality products at the best possible price. For this reason, our orders may be shipped from different logistics centers, including warehouses located outside Spain and the European Union.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Since we work with external suppliers, delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and external factors (customs, high demand, logistics, etc.).

Spain and Europe: between 7 and 15 business days

In some exceptional cases, the order may take a little longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before completing the order.

Occasionally, may offer promotions with free shipping, which will be clearly indicated in the store.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, when available, so you can check the status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.
